- Package & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original condition and send it back using the provided label.
- Refund Processing: Once received, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products.
- Items missing accessories, parts, or original packaging.
- Clearance or sale items.
Refunds
- Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Bank Transfers & Local Payment Methods: Refunds will be processed and sent to the account used for payment.
