  3. Receive a Return Label: Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label for your convenience.
  4. Package & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original condition and send it back using the provided label.
  5. Refund Processing: Once received, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products.
  • Items missing accessories, parts, or original packaging.
  • Clearance or sale items.

Refunds

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Bank Transfers & Local Payment Methods: Refunds will be processed and sent to the account used for payment.
